This policy explains what information Sunrise Capital Acquisitions, operated by Sunrise Realty & Investment LLC ("we," "us"), collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to scacq.com, deal.scacq.com, portal.scacq.com, our forms, our booking pages, and the calls, texts and emails we send.

What we collect

When you fill out one of our forms or book a call, we collect what you give us:

  • Contact details: name, email, phone number.
  • Property details: address, property type, asking price, timeline, reason for selling, and notes.
  • Deal information: for deal submissions, things like asking price, units, income, debt, terms, listing links, documents you upload, and seller or agent contact details.
  • Orbit Program details: what you tell us about yourself, and your activity in the education portal (for example, lessons viewed).
  • Booking details: the time you pick and any notes you add.

We also collect some information automatically, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit, and the link or campaign that brought you to us (for example, UTM tags).

How we use it

  • To respond to you and answer your questions.
  • To evaluate properties, deal submissions and offers.
  • To call, text and email you about your request, your deal, your offer or your membership.
  • To schedule calls and send appointment confirmations and reminders.
  • To give you access to the Orbit Program portal.
  • To credit the right person for a deal they submitted or referred.
  • To run, secure and improve our website and services, and to meet legal obligations.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Sunrise Capital Acquisitions at the number you provided. These may include replies to your request, deal and offer updates, appointment reminders and, if you separately agree, program updates and promotions.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools to keep forms and pages working, remember your choices, see how the site is used, and know which links bring visitors to us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work properly without them.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run our business:

  • Parties to a transaction, when you ask us to move forward on a deal or offer (for example, closing attorneys or lenders).

  • A business transfer, such as a merger or sale of our business, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information. Mobile and SMS consent information is never shared, as stated in the SMS section above.

How long we keep it

We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above. That includes the life of a deal or membership and any records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, such as access controls and encrypted connections. No system is 100% secure, so please don't send highly sensitive information (such as Social Security or bank account numbers) through our forms unless we ask for it through a secure method.

Your choices and rights

  • Texts: reply STOP to opt out.
  • Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Access, correction or deletion: email us and we'll respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep some records where the law requires it.

Children

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. Material changes apply from the date they're posted.
